Welcome to Boot Camp Wales



Boot Camp Wales (BCW) are located in the Stunning Welsh Valleys just 25 minutes from Cardiff City Centre, 45 minutes away from the Stunning South Wales Gower Coasts and under 1 hour from the Seven Bridge Crossing, with an Assault Course that will have you pushing yourself to the your limits, with a 6ft wall, scramble nets, Tarzan Swing and many more Obstacles to test your fitness Team Spirit and Endurance. To finish, there is a Wet Section that will have you bouncing off Spring Boards across river streams and a Mud Bank to Scramble up to the finish line in true Commando Style.


BCW offer Survival Courses and will teach you skills that have been forgotten in the modern day life of the twenty first century. Building shelters, making fires, cooking and eating earth worms, vegetation and drinking from river beds using water purification skills taught by EX Royal Marine Instructors. BCW Survival Courses doesn't stop there. You will learn Unarmed Combat Self Defence Skills that will help you to protect yourself against attack. These essential skills will build your self-confidence and strength.


Looking after yourself in a Survival situation will increase your chances of making it out alive; BCW will teach you 1st Aid Skills, hints and tips to looking after those injuries that could become serious in a short space of time if left alone without support Aid in the remote hills or other hostile environments.


Staying onsite at our Boot Camp Wales location, you will have the chance to construct your own Survival Shelter, working as a Team player or on your own. You will discover that you have the drive, enthusiasm, determination and courage to push your own limits to make it through. We will take you away from the pressures of daily life, where you wont have any communication with the outside world, allowing you to give a 100% effort in learning new skills.


Boot Camp Wales is run by Ex Serving Royal Marines that are now Established Outdoor Education Providers using the Outdoor Environment and its Elements to Teach New Skills to people that have an interest in outdoor life. Team Building, Motivational Training, Determination and Self Belief are some of the Skills that people get from our Courses.
