Tour the mountain rivers and streams of the Brecon Beacons National Park navigating the riverbeds, leaping from waterfalls and swimming through pools of fresh mountain water with Boot Camp Wales.

Depending on your level of ability, our fully qualified and professional instructors will select a course perfect for you and your group. This is a wet and wild day full of challenges from a vigorous day hiking through nature to leaping from high rock ledges and waterfalls getting the adrenaline pumping, as well as being a relaxing day in nature, surrounded by beautiful flora and fauna.

During your Gorge Walking you will be led by experienced local leaders who are emergency first response, swift water rescue and rescue diver qualified. You will be equipped with wet suit, buoyancy aid and helmet included in the cost. We have had many happy and satisfied individuals, stag parties and hen parties on our Gorge Walking Activities.

 

What you need to bring for your Gorge Walking Activity:- Shorts or old tracksuit bottoms to wear over wet suit.Sturdy trainers or light walking boots.Complete change of clothes and towel.Snacks and Drinks.

Coasteering

Coasteering

Coasteering is a physical activity that encompasses movement along the intertidal zone of a rocky coastline on foot or by swimming. It is a high adrenaline day, coasteering sessions take place at Pembroke,The Gower, Swansea, and Ogmore by Sea, South Wales.

 

These stunning parts of South Wales are characterised by a combination of sandy beaches and rugged coastline and is the ideal location for coasteering.Coasteering in South Wales is a great group activity but one which is a physically demanding activity.However it is one which gives you a really high adrenaline buzz for its duration. It is a fantastic activity for groups the coasteering session would normally last around 3 - 4hours. We operate our coasteering sessions in Wales all year.

 

 

Cost :- From £55 p.p Min Group size 5.

 

We will Provide:-Wetsuit, Helmet, Buoyancy Aid, Safety Equipment, Hot Drinks, during the winter months groups will be issued with rash vest, neoprene gloves,socks

 

What you need to bring for your Coasteering Activity:-Old trainers with good tread that you don't mind getting wet, swimming costume, thin base layer,old shorts with drawstring to go over the wetsuit, towel, plastic bag for all of your wet kit, waterproof camera (optional). Warm clothes to change into after the session
